Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences:David Lawrence Birckbichler, 40, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment, 90 days of house arrest, a $1,500 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a suspended license. Birckbichler was charged on July 24 and pleaded guilty on March 5.Mary Patricia Boring, 30, of Bakerstown was sentenced to four years of intermediate punishment and 50 hours of community service for conspiracy to manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. Boring was charged on Jan. 22, 2018, and pleaded guilty on March 5.Jonathan Thomas Dillingham, 26, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation, 25 hours of community service and a $100 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. Dillingham was charged on Oct. 31 and pleaded guilty on March 6.Jonathan Thomas Fleske, 25, of Butler was sentenced to two years of probation, 50 hours of community service, and a $100 fine for criminal trespass and theft. He was charged on July 30 and pleaded guilty on March 6.Matthew Lynn Garman, 38, of Kittanning was sentenced to 18 months of probation and a $200 fine for theft. He was charged on Nov. 17, 2015, and pleaded guilty on March 6.Jeremy Robert Miller, 25, of Beaver Falls was sentenced to nine months of probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller was charged on Oct. 2 and pleaded guilty on March 6.Donna J. Neely, 60, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and 25 hours of community service for theft. She was charged on June 19, 2017 and pleaded guilty on March 6.Heather Lynn Neely, 34, Freedom was sentenced to one year of probation and 50 hours of community service for retail theft. She was charged on Sept. 11 and pleaded guilty on March 28.
