SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard in the court of District Judge Sue Haggerty by Senior District Judge Pete Shaffer.

John J. Dolansky, 61, of Bakerstown was held for court on charges of DUI filed Dec. 11 by Penn Township police.

Kathleen S. Smith, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI filed Dec. 24 by Penn Township police.

Cassie J. Kelly Winkler, 36, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass filed Oct. 17 by Penn Township police.

Elmer C. Scherder, 52, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass filed Oct. 17 by Penn Township police.

Alexys M. Harris, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement. Harris was charged Oct. 1 by Penn Township police.

Michael R. Callaway, 59, of Tarentum waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, DUI, location of registration permit, too slow for conditions and operating vehicle without valid inspection filed Dec. 26 by state police.

Alvin Dean, 59, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of small amount of marijuana, DUI, careless and reckless driving, and operating vehicle without inspection filed Nov. 22 by state police.

Leah M. Kuhn, 35, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of unauthorized use of access device, receiving stolen property (10 counts) and identity theft filed Jan. 22 by Penn Township police.

Wayne R. Johnson, 36, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at red signal filed Dec. 31 by Penn Township police.

Suellen M. Leitch, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia (three counts) and false identification to law enforcement filed Dec. 28 by Penn Township police.

Kelly J. Ralston, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of forgery and theft filed Jan. 10 by state police.

Shane A. Cunningham, 31, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, driving unregistered vehicle, failure to carry registration, careless driving and reckless driving filed Dec. 5 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

George Michael Graham, 53, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding lane filed Nov. 22 by state police.

Lewis Walls, 23, of Imperial waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, operating vehicle with unsafe equipment, and no inspection filed Dec. 19 by state police.

Zane Patrick Flynn, 19, of Murrysville waived to court charges of DUI and obedience to traffic control device filed Oct. 14 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

William George Blust III, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and sale or illegal use of certain solvents filed Jan. 18 by Butler County Drug Task Force.

Tyler Bryant Schlobohm, 24, of New Castle waived to court charges of theft and criminal mischief filed Sept. 16, 2017, by state police.

Arik Jaymes Gallagher, 28, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to keep right, following too closely, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and no rear lights filed Dec. 15 by state police.

Ronald Glenn Grimes, 29, of Emlenton was held for court on charges of DUI, and turning movements and required signals filed Dec. 1 by state police.

Paige Ashley Raines, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Dec. 1 by state police.

Quentin Maurice Lay, 23, of Aliquippa waived to court charges of rape, sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault filed Oct. 14 by Slippery Rock University police.

Jesse John King, 22, of Wexford waived to court charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and selling/furnishing liquor to a minor filed April 5, 2018, by Slippery Rock University police.

Joseph Hunter Trautman, 27, of Portersville waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, DUI, hit and run, registration and certificate of title required, failure to keep right, turning movements and signals, careless driving, no headlights and disregarding lane filed Nov. 30 by state police.

Jacqueline Danielle McDougall, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, possession, sell, use or display documents, inspection violations, driving unregistered vehicle, display plate card in improper vehicle, operation following suspension of registration, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, driving without insurance, and failure to use safety belt filed Dec. 21 by Harrisville police.

Dustin Phillip Miller, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of criminal attempt-burglary, burglary, criminal trespass, DUI, criminal mischief, criminal attempt-theft from a motor vehicle, registration and certificate of title required, display plate card in improper vehicle, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked filed Nov. 18 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Christopher L. Smith, 31, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $668 fines and costs. Charges were filed Nov. 27 by Butler Township police.

Corey C. Doerr, 27, of Templeton was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, DUI, resisting arrest, driving while suspended, driving without license, failure to carry registration, failure to carry license, hit and run, failure to notify police of accident, and speeding filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.

Brandon L. Russell, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing an instrument of crime filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police.

William M. Mesko, 52, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and driving while suspended filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.

Brenda A. Ainsworth, 49, of Valencia was held for court on charges of simple assault, theft, criminal mischief and harassment filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police.

Tamela L. Stevens, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft, conspiracy and receiving filed Dec. 28 by Butler Township police.

Donald W. Reese, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $423 fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police.
