SLIPPERY ROCK — The Western Equestrian Club at Slippery Rock University has qualified four club members for the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association semifinals in Logan, Utah, March 16-17.

Team captain Aubrey Braham was named 2019 Regional High Point Rider and will compete in the IHSA National Finals in May.

Braham, Ashley McClintock, Kayleigh Pella and Kristen Glenn will advance to the semifinals.

SRU’s club consists of 10 showing members and five non-showing. Eight of the 10 showing members qualified for the Regional Finals held last weekend in Columbiana, Ohio, with the aforementioned four advancing to the national semifinals.
