EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Kyle N. Monroe, 26, of Zelienople waived to court charges of burglary, theft and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Jan. 8 by Zelienople Police.

Charity McLaughlin, 42, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI and depositing waste on the highway. Charges were filed Dec. 14 by Adams Township Police.

Shawn Allen Johns, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, passing when prohibited, and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed Oct. 22 by state police.

Ryan William Lage, 32, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, speeding and careless driving. Charges were filed Nov. 26 by state police.

Diane Marie Brady, 51, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI and no headlights. Charges were filed Dec. 13 by Zelienople Police.

Jennifer Stafford, 52, of Cranberry Township waived to court a charge of theft. The charge was filed Oct. 29 by Jackson Township Police.
