CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Codey R. Bates, 23, of Ellwood City waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, reckless driving and failure to stop at a red signal. Charges were filed Dec. 5 by Cranberry Township police.

Debra Gugliuzza, 50, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability first offense, driving at safe speeds and failure to keep right. A charge of reckless driving was withdrawn. Charges were filed Aug. 15 by Cranberry Township police.

Zachary D. Snyder, 26, of Washington, Pa., waived for court charges of retail theft taking merchandise, conspiracy to commit theft by deception or false impression, theft by deception or false impression, conspiracy receiving stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges of conspiracy to alter an access device and altering an access device were withdrawn. Charges were filed Nov. 2 by Cranberry Township police.

Landon Donahey, 36, of Cranberry Township waived for court a charge of simple assault. The charge was filed Oct. 2 by Cranberry Township police.

Jennifer M. Mullen, 23, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. The charges were filed Dec. 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Michael L. Crawford, 45, of Cleveland waived for court charges of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, firearms not to be carried without a license, marijuana small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with unsafe equipment and improper sunscreening. Charges were filed Jan. 7 by the Kittanning office of the State Police.

Anthony L. Cirelli, 29, of Ellwood City was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Nov. 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Marena V. Royal, 25, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense. Charges were filed Nov. 20 by Cranberry Township police.

John J. Labos, 66, of Mars waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely and DUI: highest rate of alcohol. Charges were filed Nov. 29 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Claire Bartosh, 29, of McKees Rocks waived for court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 5 by Cranberry Township police.

Faith M. Farren, 42, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed Dec. 5 by Cranberry Township police.

Mersadies E. Stevens, 22, of Cranberry Township waived for court four counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver or manufacture; possession of a controlled substance; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Nov. 13 by the Office of the Attorney General.

Amy E. Stevens, 43, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of two counts of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; conspiracy to use/possess drug paraphernalia; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia; endangering the welfare of children; and corruption of minors. Charges of conspiracy to endanger the welfare of children and conspiracy to corrupt minors were withdrawn. Charges were filed Nov. 27 by the Office of the Attorney General and Cranberry Township police.
