District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases:

Cullen J. Carlstrom, 22, of Mars, waived to court charges of simple assault and reckless endangerment. Charges were filed Oct. 31 by Adams Township Police.

Ronald Ross Burns, 21, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by Zelienople Police.

Zhaojun Xie, 28, of Mars, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding a traffic lane, passing when prohibited, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and failure to obey traffic control devices. Charges were filed Sept. 10 by Adams Township Police.

Michael Wayne Padgett, 51, of Maddison, Tenn., was held for court on charges of drunken driving, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and not using required turning signals. Charges were filed Aug. 13 by State Police.
