EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel heard the following cases:

Jerimiah John Haskins, 36, of Mars waived charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. Charges were filed Sept. 10 by Adams Township police.

Haskins also waived charges of possession of a counterfeit inspection sticker, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Charges were filed June 20 by Adams Township police.

Haskins was also held for charges of simple assault, child endangerment, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, and displaying a known fictitious inspection sticker. Charges were filed Sept. 12 by Adams Township police.

Carlton Blackwell-Waller, 19, of Cranberry Township, waived charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false identification to law enforcement and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Callery police.

Walik Latrell Shabazz, 19, of Pittsburgh waived charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding maximum speed limit by 24 mph, driving with operating privilege suspended, driving with a learner’s permit and unaccompanied by a licensed driver, failure to stop at stop sign and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Callery police.

Scott Richard Brennan, 27, of Cranberry Township waived charges of DUI: general impairment and DUI: high rate of alcohol and reckless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 27 by Lancaster Township police.

Christopher Ryan Grubbs, 19, of Callery waived charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by Callery police.

Mark D. Angle, 41, of Pittsburgh waived charges of DUI: controlled substance — schedule 1, DUI: controlled substance — impaired ability, DUI: controlled substance — metabolite, no rear lights and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed Jan. 19 by Adams Township police.
