BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Ralph M. Graham, 35, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, and registration and certificate of title required. Charges were filed June 1 by Butler Township police.

Rachel E. Ross, 25, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, driving during suspension/revocation, careless driving and vehicle turning left/yield right of way. Charges were filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Jack L. Bosancic, 38, of Butler, waived to court charges of altered/forged/counterfeit documents and plates, driving while license suspended or revoked, turning movements and required signals, violation of equipment standards and operating vehicle without official certificate of inspection. Charges were filed June 1 by Butler Township police.

Jason E. Vogan, 44 of Butler, waived to court a retail theft charge filed April 16 by Butler Township police.

Jacob A. Herrin, 22, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, roads laned for traffic and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed May 18 by Butler Township police.
