The following churches have announced dates for vacation Bible schools:

Zion United Methodist Church, 438 Bear Creek Road, Sarver, is taking registration for “Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus,” which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. July 16 through July 20 for ages 3 through completed fifth grade.

Register at www.zionsarver.com, although walk-ins are welcome.

Concord Presbyterian Church, 625 Hooker Road, West Sunbury, will have “Lava Lava Island” vacation Bible school from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 15 through July 20 for 4-year-olds through those who have completed fifth grade. There will be a family dinner at 5 p.m. July 15. Take a dish to share.

Scrubgrass Stone Church, 258 Stone Church Road, Emelenton will have “Moose on the Loose” vacation Bible school from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 9 through July 13 for children ages 4 to sixth grade.
