SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were heard recently by District Judge William O’Donnell:

Lara Alyse Elliott, 34, of Butler, waived to court charges of intentionally possessing a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 15 by state police.

William Andrew Tranum, 33, of Luverne, Ala., was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane, following too closely, careless driving, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Sept. 2 by state police.

Jamel Antoine Barnes, 27, of Karns City was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving without a license, speeding, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failure to use a seat belt, filed Aug. 25 by state police.

Terrel David Lewis, 19, of Monroeville waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, DUI, driving without a license, careless driving and failure to us low beams, filed Sept. 17 by state police.

Justin Lee Herp, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed Nov. 25, by state police.

Ian Morgan Ponitz, 21, of Greensburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and no rear lights, filed Nov. 11 by state police.

Gwendolyn E. Warner, 61, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 9 by state police.

Kadin Malloy Hinish, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 5 by state police.

Kaiser William Cline, 19 of Grove City waived to court charges of possession a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, purchase of alcohol by a minor, disregarding flashing red signal, failure to stop at a red signal and careless driving, filed Nov. 5 by state police.

Donte Lamont Broadus Jr. 21, of Braddock was held for court on charges of taunting a police animal and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 15 by state police.

Cullen Andrew Kenneday, 18, of Washington waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and purchase of alcohol by a minor, filed Oct. 19, by SRU police.

Connor Reed Bedillion, 19, of Washington waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 19 by SRU police.

Paige Marie Kistler, 21, of Greensburg, waived to court charges of DUI and driving with no rear lights, filed Nov. 4 by SRU police.

Nicolette Mary Bilicic, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 31 by Slippery Rock police.

Alex John Dorenkamp, 19, of Chicora pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to law enforcement officer and violation of rules on commonwealth property, filed July 30 by a private person.

Reno Arthur Baum Jr., 24, of South Park pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, filed Sept. 16 by state police.

Heather Lynn Fullwood, 37, of New Castle waived to court charges of intentionally possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep right, limitations on passing on the left and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 27 by state police.

Madelene Rae McConnell, 21, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 31 by SRU police.

Jacob Hichey, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 14 by SRU police.

SAXONBURG — The following cases recently were heard at District Judge Sue Haggerty’s office:

Caleb David Haines, 18, of Butler, waived to court charges of invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 12 by state police.

Richard Lewis Walchesky, 50, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI (two counts), failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving, filed Nov. 30, by state police.

Zachary David Bujak, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Jan. 15 by state police.

William James O’Connor Jr., 55, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI (two counts), filed Dec. 18 by state police.

Joseph W. Scherer, 55, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI (two counts), failure to keep right and disregarding a traffic lane, filed Dec. 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Anthony Trapani, 46, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, driving at unsafe speed, aggravated assault while DUI (three counts), and reckless driving, filed Oct. 3 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert F. Radwan, 45, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI (two counts), restrictions on alcoholic beverages, aggravated assault while DUI (three counts), and a U-turn violation, filed Oct. 3 by Middlesex Township police.

Jeffrey Peter McAfee, 40, of Valencia waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving, stop sign violation, accident involving damage to vehicle/property and failure to report accident to police, filed Nov. 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Sean Jay Jones, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty Jan. 24 to a charge of disorderly conduct. His fine and court costs totaled $360.

Chelsie Rae Stewart, 25, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of DUI of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 17 by Middlesex Township police.

Deborah Marietta Flig, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI (two counts), driving under suspension, failure to drive on roads laned for traffic and driving while using a cell phone, filed Dec. 19 by state police.

Jessica Marie Kalfas, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have a license, driving while under suspension and violation of general lighting provisions, filed Nov. 15 by state police.

Lazaros Andrew Sotos, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 15 by state police.

Scotty Lee Cravener, 33, of Dayton, Pa., was held for court on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 14 by state police.

Danielle L. Noah, 42, of Monaca was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, identity theft and forgery, filed Nov. 20 by Penn Township police.

Zane Alex Borghol, 17, of Sarver, waived to court charges of terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a minor and aggravated assault, filed Jan. 17 by Buffalo Township police. He was charged as an adult.
