BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases:

Jennifer D. Gulu, 38, of East Butler waived to court a felony charge of retail theft, filed by Butler Township police, Sept. 18.

David A. Hill, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed by Butler Township police Nov. 13.

Jessica M. Burka, 32, of Cabot waived to court charges of retail theft and theft by deception, filed by Butler Township police Nov. 9.

Brannon J. Irvin, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy-retail theft, filed by Butler Township police, Oct. 16.

Brittany L. Lambing, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy-retail theft, filed by Butler Township police Oct. 16. Lambing also waived to court charges of altered/forged/counterfeited documents or plate, registration and certificate of title required, required financial responsibility, driving during suspension, unauthorized use of registration, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, filed by Butler Township police Oct. 5.

Jessica E. Charlton, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy-retail theft, filed by Butler Township police Aug. 7.

Joshua D. Charlton, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy-retail theft and criminal trespass, filed by Butler Township police Aug. 7.

Autumn I. Gould, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to retail theft, a charge that was filed by Butler Township police, Nov. 13.

Jonathan A. Hensel, 34, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and theft by deception, filed by Butler Township police Aug. 8.

Tanya M. Johnston, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft filed by Butler Township police Dec. 4.

Shawn M. Truman, 39, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, maximum speed limits and careless driving, filed by Butler Township police, Nov. 12.

Douglas J. Cogley, 44, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, turning movements and required signals, and careless driving, filed by state police Nov. 1.

Alexi Zamora, 33, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, general lighting requirements, operation of vehicle without certificate of inspection, filed by state police Oct. 17.

Chad A. Eggleston, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, maximum speed limits and careless driving, filed by state police Nov. 13.

Russell D. Stroup, 39, of West Sunbury was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed by Butler Township police Oct. 23.

Brandon M. Carter, 35, address unknown, was held for court on charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed by Butler Township police Oct. 22.

Andrea L. Carter, 26, no known address, was held for court on charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed by Butler Township police Oct. 22.

Paul J. Kern Jr., 37, of East Palestine, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, with fines and costs of $717.25. Charge was filed by state police Nov. 21.

Renee D. Hindley, 58, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge with fines and costs of $704.25. Charges were filed by Butler Township police Nov. 9.

Joyce M. Cupic, 74, of Farrell pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft with fines and costs of $447.28. Charge filed by Butler Township police Nov. 9.

Travis Hilliard, 32, of Butler, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, with fines and cost of $465.25. Charge filed by Butler Township police Nov. 15.

Michael P. Gima, 55, of Prospect pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, with fines and cost of $465.25. Charge filed by Butler Township police Nov. 1.
