CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases.

Alphonso Jeron Noggins, 26, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 7 by Cranberry Township Police.

Matthew Jordan Vankirk, 27, of New Brighton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle filed June 23 by Cranberry Township Police.

Drake Jarrett Jones, 46, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of possession of marijuana filed July 7 by Cranberry Township Police.

Laquesha Holmes, 33, of Chicago waived to court charges of theft by deception, conspiracy (three counts), altered access device, forgery, identity theft and resisting arrest filed Aug. 2 by Cranberry Township Police.

Logan James McCauley, 23, of New Brighton waived to court charges of driving under the influence and public drunkenness filed June 16 by Cranberry Township Police. McCauley also waived to court charges of driving under the influence and hit and run filed June 19 Cranberry Township Police.

Timothy Edward Riddle, 22, of Cranberry Township waived to court a charge of retail theft filed March 22 by Cranberry Township Police.

Zacharys Khalbuss, 20, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment filed July 27 by Cranberry Township Police. Khalbuss also waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding filed Aug. 3 by Cranberry Township Police.

Laura Lynn Seawright, 36, of Beaver waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed July 7 by Cranberry Township Police.

Stephanie Joelen Haller, 21, of New Brighton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, false identification to law enforcement, purchase, etc. of alcohol by a minor, and hit and run, filed June 23 by Cranberry Township Police.

Holly L. Major, 32, of Bradford waived to court a charge of retail theft filed July 13 by Cranberry Township Police.

John Grant Bogan, 56, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed July 15 by state police.

George Scott Zimmerman, 37, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of indecent assault (three counts), corruption of minors (three counts), and contact with minor (three counts) filed June 21 by Middlesex Township Police.

Geoffrey Malcolm Hendricks, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lane filed June 27 by Penn Township Police.

Paul Daniel Scott, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed June 21 by state police.

Thomas Lucas McCarthy, 21, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, lane violations and failure to stop at a red signal filed July 20 by Buffalo Township Police.

Thomas Eric Rasely, 25, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 17 by state police and paid $412.50 fine and costs.

Richard Daniel Swartzlander, 30, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and a stop sign violation filed July 26 by Saxonburg Police.

Emily D. Rickman, 33, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed July 17 by Buffalo Township Police.

Richard William Gniewkowski, 53, of Cabot was held for court on charges of aggravated assault (two counts), simple assault (two counts), recklessly endangering (two counts), and disorderly conduct filed April 10 by state police.

Daniel J. White-Kratas, 28, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 14 by Penn Township Police.

George Alan Faber, 67, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving filed July 11 by state police.

Daniel Joseph Slater, 30, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, lane violations, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and a seat belt violation filed June 29 by state police.

Kyle James Meyer, 19, of Kersey waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, a registration violation and driving under suspension filed May 17 by state police.

Thaddeus J. Rosenbauer, 32, of Karns City waived to court charges of hit and run, driving under the influence, depositing waste on highway, reckless driving and following too close filed Aug. 9 by Penn Township Police. Rosenbauer also waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disregarding traffic lane filed July 10 by Middlesex Township Police.

Robert Aaron Kline, 25, of Valencia waived to court a charge of theft filed July 10 by Middlesex Township Police.

Bobbi Lee Johns, 41, of New Kensington waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed June 21 by state police.

Matthew Adam Snyder, 35, of Brackenridge waived to court charges of driving under the influence, invalid registration, drivers required to be licensed and driving under suspension filed June 21 by state police.

David Paul Adams, 57, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed Aug. 1 by Middlesex Township Police.

Thaisa Summers, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit and run, lane violations and speeding filed May 17 by state police.

William F. Boone, 31, of Philadelphia waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 28 by Middlesex Township Police.

Qualynn Lee Latimer, 26, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia, a window tint violation, and drivers required to be licensed filed June 16 by state police.

Mark Joseph Shaffer, 53, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving unregistered vehicle filed June 16 by Buffalo Township Police.

Brandon Keith Allen Fairtrace, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed April 20 by state police and paid fines and costs of $462.50.
