CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases.

Ravone James Hundley, 28, of Bronx, N.Y., was held for court on charges of forgery, criminal attempt, theft and possession of an instrument of crime filed May 12 by Cranberry Township Police.

Trenton Joseph McDaniel, 26, of Seminary, Miss., was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and failure to keep right filed May 27 by Cranberry Township Police.

Charles H. Bradford III, 39, of McKees Rocks was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving while license suspended or revoked, and reckless driving filed May 23 by Cranberry Township Police.

Richard McClure Jr., 42, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of criminal mischief and hit and run filed May 13 by Cranberry Township Police.

Danielle Nicole Brunner, 32, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 29 by Cranberry Township Police.

Howard Steven Katcher, 64, of Wexford waived to court charges of driving under the influence, and disregarding traffic lane (three counts) filed March 22 by state police.

Nicholas Aquilante, 27, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, improperly entering an intersection and a turning violation filed April 20 by Cranberry Township Police.

Justin Michael Wood, 39, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of conspiracy (two counts), retail theft (two counts), and receiving stolen property (two counts) filed March 30 by Cranberry Township Police.

Tyree Hasein Harp, 22, of Cranberry Township was held for court on a charge of theft of services filed May 23 by Cranberry Township Police.

Austin Andrew Robinson, 23, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed May 30 by Cranberry Township Police.

Rhonda Marie Minteer, 29, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lighting violation and a lane violation filed June 2 by Cranberry Township Police.

Roger Anderson Skipp, 34, of Renfrew waived to court charges of materially false written statement for the purchase/transfer of a firearm and statement under penalty filed March 29 by Cranberry Township Police.

Kimberly Brisco, 39, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed May 23 by Cranberry Township Police.

Alex Grageda Navarro of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed June 18 by Cranberry Township Police.

Holly Michelle Balante, 22, of Bellevue waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lane filed Jan. 30 by state police.

Kaylee Boyer, 26, of Kennerdell pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 6 by state police.

Chance Smith, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence/minor, purchase of alcohol by a minor, speeding, careless driving minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in his system and failure to use safety belt filed July 18 by state police.

Wayne Campbell, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed June 18 by state police.

Mandy Campbell, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed June 18 by state police.

Ashley Pisor, 26, of Karns City, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to notify change in address, failure to keep right (two counts), disregarding traffic lane (five counts), careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed June 22 by state police.

Kiza Theogne, 29, of Erie waived to court charges of driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and disregarding traffic lane filed June 19 by state police.

Jasmine Geralyen Thompson, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driver required to be licensed, careless driving and no rear lights filed May 11 by state police.

Matthew Lane Peoples, 40, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, no rear lights, and failure to use low beam filed May 13 by state police.

Trent Allan Adams, 38, of Sandy Lake waived to court charges of false written statement for the purchase/delivery of a firearm and statement under penalty filed Oct. 29, 2016, by Harrisville Police.

Austin Lee Orr, 32, of Harmony waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and violation of rules on commonwealth property filed May 26.

Steven Dean Blaschke, 50, of Avon was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, speeding and careless driving filed April 20 by state police.

Jamal Ahmed Idow, 21, of Milwaukee waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failure to keep right, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked filed June 30 by Slippery Rock Borough Police. Idow also waived to court a charge of escape filed June 30 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Brandon Dale Defee, 27, of Luverne, Ala., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to signal, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed July 21 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.
