Eagles’ golf fares well at 1st invite of year

Grove City’s Daniel Lucas carded a 79 to lead the Eagles’ golf team to a second-place finish at the Lakeview Invitational Thursday.

Grove City finished with 336 total strokes, second only to McDowell’s 325.

Slippery Rock totaled 407 strokes to place 18th out of 21 teams.
