EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases.

Tracy Layne Voss, 50, of Evans City waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed Feb. 24 by state police.

Michael Allen Harter, 47, of Evans City waived to court charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, resisting arrest and driving while license is suspended or revoked filed March 24 by Jackson Township Police.

Jill Marie Jackson, 41, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance filed Feb. 28 by Adams Township Police.

Christine McCarthy, 48, of Harmony was held for court on a bad check charge filed March 8 by Zelienople Police.

Corey D. Rayl, 43, of Beaver Falls waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and theft filed Feb. 21 by Adams Township Police.

Christopher John Lippold, 20, of Evans City was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia (six counts), and a lane violation filed March 1 by Zelienople Police.

Jordan Michael Jung, 33, of Muskego, Wis., was held for court on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct (two counts), public drunkenness (two counts), harassment (two counts), criminal mischief and criminal trespass, filed Dec. 26 by the Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.

Dennis Isaac Romero, 39, of Brooklyn, N.Y., waived to court charges of conspiracy, forgery (three counts), identity theft (five counts), retail theft (three counts) and receiving stolen property (three counts), filed June 24, 2016, by Cranberry Township Police.

Nelly Romero, 51, of Brooklyn, N.Y., waived to court charges of conspiracy, forgery (three counts), identity theft (five counts), retail theft (three counts), and receiving stolen property (three counts) filed June 24, 2016, by Cranberry Township Police.

Tia Janae Jackson, 19, of Westland, Mich., waived to court charges of conspiracy, retail theft, and theft by deception filed March 24 by Cranberry Township Police.
