EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases.

McKenzie Lauren Scott, 30, of Valencia waived to court charges of fleeing, driving under the influence, reckless driving, speeding, a lane violation, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed March 11 by Adams Township police.

David Allen Riker, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoked, and operating or permitting operation with unsafe equipment filed Aug. 5 by Adams Township police.

Emily Marie Shontz, 22, of Rochester, Pa., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to use safety belt, and driving under the influence filed Feb. 16 by state police.

Nathan J. McKee, 34, of Rochester, Pa., waived to court a charge of endangering the welfare of children filed Feb. 16 by state police.

John Jeffrey Tate, 41, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and disregarding traffic lane filed Feb. 16 by Jackson Township Police.

Nicholas A. Brittner, 28, of Evans City was held for court on charges of ethnic intimidation, simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 23 by Adams Township police.

Jessica Alyssa Roberts, 26, of Charleroi waived to court charges of identity theft and harassment filed Feb. 13 by Adams Township police.

Cheryl Ann Gardiner, 45, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of criminal mischief (two counts), filed Feb. 13 by Adams Township police.

Mark Anthony Giles, 28, of Clinton waived to court charges of theft and unauthorized use of an access device filed Jan. 3 by Jackson Township police.

Charles E. Young, 40, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed Feb. 24 by state police.

Annette Marie Crispeno, 33, of Wexford waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a turning violation and a lane violation filed Jan. 10 by Adams Township police.

Richard Banaszewski, 31, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, and a lane violation, filed Dec. 9 by state police.

Max Glazer, 25, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance (four counts), possession with intent to deliver (four counts), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence (two counts), and criminal use of a communication facility, filed Feb. 23 by Adams Township police.

Anthony A. Palladino, 57, of Zelienople waived to court charges of dissemination of photo/film of child sex acts, criminal use of a communication facility, and child pornography (50 counts), filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Nicklas Jon Whallin, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while license is suspended or revoked and disregarding traffic lane filed Aug. 29 by Jackson Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Joshua Raphael Fleming, 20, of Oakdale was held for court on a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana filed Dec. 3 by state police.

Brian Andrew Denny, 18, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lane filed Dec. 3 by state police.

Kenyon William Griffiths, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment, public drunkenness, and possession of alcohol by a minor filed Feb. 10 by state police.

Kyle George Motta, 21, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, speeding, careless driving, and minor prohibited from operating vehicle with any alcohol in system filed Oct. 8 by state police.

Tariq Alan Miller, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to yield, disregarding traffic lane, and a turning violation filed Dec. 7 by state police.

Mante Lewis Barnes, 21, of Altoona waived to court a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana filed Jan. 29 by state police.

Anthony Richard Blakley, 22, of Sykesville, Jefferson County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, lane violations, a stop sign violation and careless driving filed Feb. 12 by state police.

Brittany Marie Rogowski, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence, no headlights, and no inspection, filed Dec. 31 by state police. She also waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 13 by Slippery Rock University police.

Dylan Richard Harding, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 6 by Slippery Rock University police.
