Thelma Guntrum

Thelma Jean Guntrum of Butler celebrated her 80th birthday with greetings from friends and family. Another celebration is planned for spring.

The former Thelma Jean Double was born Feb. 6, 1937, in Yellow Creek. She married the late Robert D. Guntrum in April 1970 at St. John’s Lutheran Stone Church in Harmony.

She has five children, Gary Watt, Thomas Watt, Neil Watt, David Watt and Darrell Watt.

She has eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Guntrum was a florist and a Sears Brand Central sales associate.
