Butler Ghost Walks take place at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays from Friday through Oct. 29. The 90-minute walks begin in Diamond Park opposite the courthouse. Participants will hear stories about ghosts of Butler’s past from tour guide Bill May. Make reservations at butlerghostwalk@gmail.com or by calling 724-256-9026. Cost is $10. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Harmony Museum, 218 Mercer St., has tours from 1 to 4 p.m. daily, except when the museum is closed Mondays. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens, and $3 for youths 6 to 17. Call 724-452-7341.

PITTSBURGH

Heinz History Center, 1212 Smallman St., will host Hometown-Homegrown from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. It will include chef demonstrations, a cookbook exchange, food and wine/spirits sampling and live music. The event is included with center admission of $16 for adults, $14 for senior citizens, and $6.50 for children 6 to 17. Visit www.heinzhistorycenter.org.

National Aviary, 700 Arch St., will host Owl-o-ween activities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Oct. 29. They are included with admission of $14 for adults, and $13 for senior citizens and children 2 to 12. Visit aviary.org.

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, 700 Frank Curto Drive, will host a family yoga class on Sunday. Phipps is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and until 10 p.m. Fridays. Children’s Museum, Allegheny Square, has opened “Tough Art.” “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood: A Grr-ific Exhibit” continues through Jan. 17. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Admission is $16 for adults and $14 for children 2 to 18 and senior citizens. Visit www.pittsburghkids.org.

Carnegie Science Center, North Side, hosts its annual ChemFest from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The theme is “Solving Mysteries through Chemistry” featuring hands-on activities for the family. Activities are included with general admission of $18.95 for adults and $11.95 for children 3 to 12. Regular center hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays through Fridays. Visit CarnegieScienceCenter.org. The science center will be closed Sunday.
