Hartwood Acres’ outdoor amphitheater off Middle Road in Hampton Township, Allegheny County, will host a free performance of funk/rock/psychedelic/blues by Flow Tribe at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. The 17th annual Allegheny County Musical Festival featuring Rusted Root with Nevada Color, and Jim Donovan & The Sun King Warriors, among others, will begin at 5 p.m. Sept. 4. Admission to the festival is $20 per vehicle to benefit the Allegheny County Department of Human Services.
