Jennie and Harold “Red” Allison

Harold “Red” and Jennie Allison of Slippery Rock celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Allison married the former Jennie Stewart on May 25, 1956, at Slippery Rock United Methodist Church in Slippery Rock.

They have three children, the late Darlene Allison, Scott (Deb) Allison of Slippery Rock and Glenn (Jean) Allison of Slippery Rock.

They also have eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Allison retired from Renick Brothers with 37 years of service out of Local Union 47.

He has been a member of the Free and Accepted Masons Blue Lodge for 39 years.

Mrs. Allison is a homemaker.

The Allisons are members of West Liberty United Methodist Church.
