Margaret Jean “Peggy” McKee Fink

Margaret Jean “Peggy” McKee Fink, 67, of Butler died early Friday morning at the emergency room of the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Dec. 17, 1948, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Charles McKee and Twila (Albert) McKee.

Peggy was a 1966 graduate of Butler High School and had worked as a secretary for the Butler School District, retiring after nine years.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler and also the Delta Nu sorority.

Surviving are her husband, Dr. Edward E. Fink, whom she married March 27, 1971; two daughters, Gretchen Marie (Derek) Sapone of Virginia Beach, Va. and Megan Elizabeth (Chris Gollan) Fink of Washington, D.C.; four grandchildren who greatly loved their Mommo Peggy, Mia Nicole Sapone, Derek Edward Sapone, Lena Claire Gollan and Odette Isabelle Gollan; two sisters, Charlene Kresen of Houston, Texas, and Susan Harless of Pendleton, Ind., and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

FINK — Friends of Margaret Jean “Peggy” McKee Fink who died Friday, May 27, 2016, will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St.Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum at Butler County Memorial Park.St. Peter's Womens Council will meet at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church to recite the Rosary.Her family requests that donations be made to the Golden Tornado Scholastic Foundation, 110 Campus Lane, Butler, Pa., 16001.For more information or to leave an online condolence, please visit www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
