CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Jordan R. Zulick, 21, of Prospect was held for court on charges of use of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and underage drinking filed Oct. 5 by state police.

Tony L. Harris, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, speeding and careless driving filed Dec. 21 by state police.

Jamie Todd Pyle, 46 of Butler was held for court on charges of disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, abandoning a vehicle, careless driving and failure to notify police of an accident, filed Dec. 21 by state police.

Joshua I. Eiler, 34, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan 26 by state police.

Bryan H. Walker, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and not using a seat belt filed Dec. 21 by state police.

Ricky E. Boots, 45, of Ellwood City was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Joshua A Frey, 29, of Karns City waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft and indecent assault filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Jamie M. Everetts, 29, of Karns City was held for court on charges of theft and access device fraud filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Arthur R. Vanscoy, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of indecent assault, displaying of obscene sexual material and corruption of minors filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Jason P. Williams, 43, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, not using a seat belt and use/possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Katherine L. Hilliard, 54, of Chicora waived to court charges of dog attack causing serious injury filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Verrel J. Hilliard, 60, of Chicora waived to court charges of dog attack causing serious injury, filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Jesse J. Panei, 32, of Boyers waived to court charges of disregarding traffic lanes, speeding and careless driving filed Oct. 1 by state police.

Dylan E. Burkert, 24, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving.

David E. Bobek, 26, of Grove City waived to court charges of DIU, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.

Megan T. Ellwood, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and no rear lights filed Oct. 23 by state police.

Jordyn D. Glaze, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving filed Sept. 20 by state police.

Scott C. Rumbarger, 24, of Cowansville waived to court charges of DUI and driving without lights filed Nov. 7 by state police.

Trenton L. Stearns, 20, of Grove City pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property filed Sept. 17 by state police. He was ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution and $361.50 in court costs.

Brian Medaglia, 36, of Zelienople waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 24 by Butler County detectives.

Endyia N. Boyd, 39, of Aliquippa, was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Christopher M. Cannon, 46, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of corruption of a minor and furnishing liquor to a minor, filed June 3 by Cranberry Township police.

Patricia A. Williams, 42, of McKees Rocks waived to court two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property filed Jan. 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Benjamin J. Owens, 25, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of conspiracy, retail theft and possession of a controlled substance filed June 21 by Cranberry Township police.

John Czake, 62, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and terroristic threats filed Jan. 6 by Cranberry Township police.

John P. Hogan, 31, of Pittsburgh waived to court two counts of providing a false statement filed Nov. 18 by Cranberry Township police.

Dawn M. Devereaux, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 20 by Cranberry Township police.
