Keller, 45, of Fenelton was held for court on a charge of writing a bad check filed Nov. 19 by Butler Township police.Kurt J. Kiesewetter, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of giving a false ID to police, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, filed Dec. 8 by Butler Township police.Leah C. McGee, 25, of Midway was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 14 by Butler Township police.Mark A. Dellen II, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 14 by Butler Township police.Eliki L. Wainiqolo, 35, of Republic, Pa., waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct — fighting, and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 16 by Butler Township police.Brent L. Miller, 33, of Hadley, Pa., waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance, filed Jan. 5 by Butler Township police.Patricia A. Ecklels, 72, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, retail theft and receiving property, filed Jan. 5 by Butler Township police.Cristin J. Coy, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving during suspension, driving without valid title and/or registration, and operating a vehicle following suspension of registration, filed Dec. 12 by Butler Township police.Raymond C. Robinson Jr., 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Dec. 14 by Butler Township police. Robinson was ordered to pay $460 in fines and court costs.Joseph J. Hunt, 31, of McKees Rocks pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed Dec. 14 by Butler Township police. Hunt was ordered to pay $468.58 in fines, court costs and restitution.Charles W. Burgess Jr., 22, of Hilliards pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed Jan. 16 by Butler Township police. Burgess was ordered to pay $706 in fines and court costs.
