Bertha Hall

Bertha M. Hall, 89, of Butler passed away Tuesday in the comfort of her home.

Bertha was born on Oct. 3, 1925, in Butler County, the daughter of the late William R. and Elsie C. Rossman Myers.

Bertha was a member of the Butler First Church of the Nazarene for many years.

She worked as a beautician and was a cook at several restaurants in the area, most recently at the Eastwood Village Inn.

She cherished the time she spent with her family and had a way of making everyone feel special.

She is survived by her five sisters, Caroline Bayless of Butler, Mildred Moren of Butler, Elsie Houck of Sebring, Fla., Barbara Dvorak of Huntsville, Ala., and Wilma Dufford of Evans City, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Mitchell, who died in 1967; her second husband, Roy Hall, who died in 1979, and her two brothers, Joseph and Edward Myers.

Hall — Bertha's family will receive friends of Bertha M. Hall, who passed away Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A funeral ceremony in Bertha's honor will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Bertha will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens in Cranberry Township.If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Bertha's honor to the Butler First Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road, Butler, PA 16001.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Bertha's family at www.glennkildoofuneralhome.com.
