SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jessica L. Bowser, 29, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 23 by state police.

Julie Ann Consolo, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, filed July 25 by state police.

Thomas J. Ferrante, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 19 by Buffalo Township police.

Lesley A. Hammerly, 29, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft, forgery and access device fraud, filed March 27 by state police.

Mark T. Heinle, 55, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving without insurance, failing to yield the right of way, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 16 by state police.

John C. Kelly, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possessing drug paraphernalia and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 29 by Penn Township police.

Dustin Lee Kriess, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license-DUI related, criminal mischief, trespassing on agricultural land and two counts of traveling on cultivated land, filed Oct. 5 by state police.

David W. McKinney, 52, of Cabot was held for court on charges of possessing with intent to deliver marijuana, filed Sept. 16 by Butler County Drug Task Force.

Brian J. O’Brien, 47, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol, possessing drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and using an improper driver’s license, filed Sept. 18 by state police.

Alexis N. Parshook, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Sept. 18 by Buffalo Township police.

Edward J. Patrick, 39, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Aug. 13 by state police. Patrick was ordered to pay $370.50 in fines and court costs.

Angerett, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Sept. 3 by township police.Jason S. Beckwith, 36, of Butler waived to court two counts each of identity theft and theft by deception, three counts of receiving stolen property and charges of conspiracy to commit identity theft and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed in two cases Sept. 25 by township police.Aaron C. Brown, 32, of Butler was held for court on a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Sept. 5 by township police.Ricki L. Double, 29, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 9 by township police. Double was ordered to pay $520.50 in fines and court costs.Alfred L. Irvin, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 3 by township police.Heath M. Morgano, 32, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 6 by township police.Lee H. Oesterling, 42, no known address, was held for court on a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 2 by Butler County Community College police.Matthew J. Sabo, 40, of Chicora waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 29 by state police.Amanda Jo Sortore, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, attempted theft by deception, theft by deception, retail theft and two counts of receiving stolen property, filed in two cases Sept. 25 by township police.

Harper, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 28.Charles O. Hemingway, 31, of Greenwood, W.Va., waived to court a charge of corruption of minors, filed Aug. 11.Jonathan D. Karenbauer, 19, of Butler waived to court three counts each of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 5.Lisa P. Lang, 40, of Berlin Center, Ohio, waived to a court a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Sept. 11.Michael D. Brown, 21, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and underage drinking, filed by Slippery Rock University police on April 26, when the defendant was 20 years old.Joseph A. Crist Jr., 29, of Bessemer, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying traffic control devices, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed July 13 by state police.Jason A. Howard, 36, of Parker waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and driving with a suspended license, filed July 15 by state police.John J.
