A “Hands Around Haiti” benefit concert, hosted by The Strand Theater Initiative, will feature the doo-wop bands, The Softwinds, Pop Rocks, Tre Locos Gringos and The Blazin’ Angels. The concert starts at 7 p.m. Jan. 29. Tickets are $15, or $13 for children younger than 12 and seniors 60 and older. Seating format will be general admission. Butler County Symphony Orchestra’s Feb. 12 concert will feature classical guitarist Marco Sartor and the theme “Romance.” The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at Butler Intermediate High School auditorium.
