Grove City's Phipps third on PIAA mats
HERSHEY — Grove City High School 160-pound wrestler Wes Phipps placed third in his weight class at the PIAA Championships Saturday night at the Giant Center.
Phipps decisioned Sam Guidl of Fort Cherry, 4-2, in their Class AA consolation final match.
