Reward offered in theft

I am offering a $50 cash reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who stole a wheelchair ramp from the front of a Butler home on Sunday. It is wonderful that the community came forward to provide a replacement ramp. Courtney Wilbert was the victim of the crime.
