FORD CITY - Lenape Technical School is a full-time comprehensive high school off Route 422 East.

The school was founded in 1965 its services include adult and continuing education.

Lenape Adult and Continuing Education offers evening and weekend classes that enable adults to gain employment, enhance existing skills or just to have fun.

There are classes in a variety of fields: trades and industry, computer, medical, alternative healing therapies, personal development and leisure and recreational classes.

Customized courses for company training are also available. The completion of the classes will provide students with a certificate of attendance but there also are classes that can eventually lead to industry recognized certification.

The classes may provide a person with the opportunity to explore a different field and give him a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence.
