Lenape offers courses in practical nursing
ARMSTRONG COUNTY - Lenape School of Practical Nursing offers two programs to enable students to pursue careers in nursing.
The school is in RIDC West Hills Industrial Park near Armstrong County Memorial Hospital off of Route 422 East.
Full-time, 12-month programs are offered twice a year, and a part-time evening/weekend program allows students to complete their education in two years while working.
The course work is a combination of theory and clinical experience in a variety of health care settings. The next available full-time class begins in fall 2005 and the next part-time class opens in March 2006.
