Waltraud Eva Weber
Waltraud Eva Weber, 87, of New Haven Court in Butler, passed away of natural causes Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021, at New Haven Court.
She was born on Jan. 30, 1934, in Germany, the daughter of Paul and Emma (Tyralla) Reschka.
She worked at Sears in Allegheny Center and at the Clearview Mall, and was a cook for 25 years.
Waltraud loved flowers, gardening and cooking.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chicora.
She married Andrew M. Weber on March 28, 1955, and he died Aug. 8, 2003.
She is survived by a son, Albert and Susan Weber of Enon Valley, Pa.; and a grandson, Luke Weber of Chicora.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emily Weber; and a sister, Imgrant Irle.
WEBER — Friends of Waltraud Eva Weber, who died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2021, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock St., Chicora, where services will be held at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Boomhower, pastor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chicora, officiating.
Interment will be Saturday morning in Hemphill Cemetery, Chicora.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2217 Chicora Road, Chicora, PA 16025.
