Sherry Koegler

Sherry Marie Koegler, 58, passed away Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021.

Sherry was born on May 10, 1963, in Butler County and was the daughter of Henry Kriess and Shirley Walowen.

She graduated from Butler Area High School in 1981. She went on to marry her husband of 29 years, Tom Koegler.

Sherry was a lover of people. She dedicated her life to serving the Lord through church, her family, friends and community. Her passion was to bring the people around her together, and to raise, support and love her family well. Sherry was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Butler. She enjoyed serving in the nursery, at kids church and as a volunteer for various events. Sherry was a light to everyone she encountered and has touched so many lives.

Sherry is survived by her husband, Tom; three children, Micah, Makenzie and Madison (Thomas) Olean; her parents; and three brothers, William (Cindy) Kriess, Robert (Becky) Kriess and Dale Kriess all of Butler.

Koegler — Family and friends of Sherry Marie Koegler, who died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, are invited to attend Sherry's viewing from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
