Butler County residents can check out the free Healthy Living Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex at 8000 Cranberry Springs Drive.

The event includes refreshments, giveaways and an open ice skating session from 2 to 4 p.m., along with education sessions on nutrition, health and safety. Visitors can go on a virtual tour and take advantage of walk-in health screenings.

UPMC will be giving away bike helmets until 1 p.m. or while supplies last as part of a presentation on bike safety.

Experts from UPMC Centers for Rehab Services, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics, UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Injury Prevention, UPMC Magee-Womens Specialty Services, UPMC Passavant, UPMC Primary Care and UPMC Sports Medicine will be on-site and available to talk about their specialties.

Screenings for balance, blood pressure, bone density, foot and pulmonary function tests will be offered along with walk-in mammograms and lactation consultations.
