The family of Donna McCurdy wish to extend sincere thanks to family members and friends for their kindness and sympathy shown during Donna's long illness and passing. We would especially like to recognize Dr.'s Nesbitt, Acevedo, Kinsella, Rao and Bonnie Miller, CRNP, Odyssey Health Care and the Respiratory Department and Nursing Staff on the 3rd and 5th floors at Butler Memorial Hospital. These individuals showed great professionalism and compassion during Donna's illness.

A special thank you to Father Harry and Sister Mary Edmund for their frequent visits and spiritual council and to Father Ray for a lovely funeral mass.

Thank you to Steve and David Geibel for their kindness during a very trying time and to the Lowe's management team for their understanding and dedication to the importance of family.

Sincere thanks to Barb, Donna's most loyal and loved friend, who was always there, willing to help and comfort.
