The Family of Cheryl Sweeney Zappa gratefully acknowledges the outpouring of sympathy, love, cards, thoughts, prayers, flowers and food from our relatives, neighbors, church members and friends during such a difficult time.

We want to thank the compassionate and caring staff at the Dubois Regional Medical Center and Elk Haven Nursing Home, the Rev. Mark Cantaral for his visits and prayers at Cheryl's bedside and with the Zappa and Sweeney families, his lovely funeral service, the Ridgeway Presbyterian Church ladies for the funeral dinner; also, The Rev. Richard Walker for his words of comfort at the Petrolia memorial service, the Petrolia Presbyterian Church ladies for the memorial service dinner, and organist Lucy Hillis for playing many of Cheryl's favorite hymns. The many acts of friendship and kindness extended to us to lessen our sorrow will always be remembered and treasured.
