Words can't express how we feel right now,

We want to say thank-you and don't know quite how.

A card, a prayer, a kind word or two,

Food, flowers, visits, a warm hug from you.

In all of our sorrow it's really been clear,

Friendship and love are always right here.

You may not have realized the kind of things that you do,

Are just what was needed to help one of us through.

Our family has been blessed, we are rich beyond belief,

We have so many friends to help lighten our grief.

Our prayers are for you now, you're thought of with love,

Your kindness has shown us God's grace from above.
