Mildred C. Collins
We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our many friends, neighbors, and relatives, for the kindness and sympathy shown during our recent bereavement, the loss of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great great-grandmother.
We especially wish to thank everyone at Geibel Funeral Home for their help and support, Father Dolan, Sue Cadwallader, the organist, and women of the funeral luncheon at St. Peter's Hall.
We also thank the wonderful caregivers at Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia, the caregivers at Sunnyview's Rehab Unit, especially Tim and Ken, her home caregivers, Dr. Chatta and staff, Richard, Candi, Marion, Suzanne, Barbara and Roy for all their help.
A heartfelt thank you to all who honored Mom's memory by dancing the "Chicken Dance" at the funeral home for her send off. Those who sent flowers, cards, masses, food, and all others who in any way tended to lessen our sorrow, may God bless each and every one.
