The first Knightfest raised $17,000 for Knoch Middle School's Parent Teacher Student Organization.
The Sept. 28 event included a decathlon, fitness events and a party. The goal was to raise $20,000 for the organization.
The decathlon events included activities such as walking the track, basketball hot shot, dodge ball, Frisbee golf, goal kicking, and jazzercise. Students collected pledges and participated in the events, earning punches on their decathlon score card for their accomplishments.
