Students make the grade for Governor's Schools
GROVE CITY — A number of high school students have been selected to participate in this year's Pennsylvania Governor's Schools of Excellence.
The schools are full scholarship residential summer programs on college campuses across the state.
Students who will attend the school from June 24 to July 28 are:
Bruce Frederick, Seneca Valley, agricultural studies; Sarah Molczan, Butler, dance; Alyssa Kazew, Mars, visual arts; Kayla Wasil, Mars, visual arts; Joshua Smith, Seneca Valley, music; Christine Wehr, Seneca Valley, music; Zachary Tomasovic, Butler, business.
Alyssa Forrest, Grove City, business; Sophia Tsiris, Slippery Rock, health care; Kelly Smith, Grove City, technology; Alexandra Ross, Knoch, technology; Mark Pelusi, Butler, international studies; Drew Kaltenbaugh, Grove City, science; and Emily Sale, Knoch, teaching.
