New administrator Gregg Paladina, elementary principal for Bruin and Sugarcreek elementary schools. He recently moved to Bruin from Monaca, where he served as assistant principal of Neil Armstrong Middle School in Bethel Park School District. He earned his bachelor's from Edinboro University and master's from the University of Pittsburgh.

New teachersRalph D'Antonio, art at the high school and Sugarcreek Elementary, from Butler, graduated from Slippery Rock University, certified by Carlow University.Marneice Liput, business, computer and technology instructor, from New Kensington, was a business instructor at Northern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center.April Sanner, high school librarian, of Petrolia, was a reading instructor in the Moniteau School District.
