New administrators:• Ted Wells is the new assistant principal at Summit Township Elementary. He will work with Jack Ratica, principal at Northwest Elementary.• Josh Hundertmark is the new assistant principal at Connoquenessing Elementary. He will work with Tim Sisinni, principal at Meridian Elementary.• Jeff Mathieson is the principal at Emily Brittain Elementary. What's new:The elementary principals and staff are working on activities to expand the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program to include all grades. Center Avenue Elementary will participate in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program.Wireless network was installed at the Northwest, Emily Brittain and Meridian elementary schools. More schools will be added this year. The district added software to track student schedules, attendance and student records. Electronic report cards will be expanded to third grade.

New policies:• Transportation attendance areas.• New policies on HIV infection reflect current law.
