The Snyder Associated sponsored Muddy Miner team recently completed its third Tough Mudder event at Cooper's Lake, 205 Currie Road, Slippery Rock. The team raised $5,000, which will be presented to local domestic violence support organizations, including Victim Outreach Intervention Center (VOICe) of Butler County and HAVIN of Armstrong County. “Our 13-person team, that included employees from Butler and Armstrong counties, completed the course in just over four hours,” said Jonathan Kolbe, Muddy Miner team member and Snyder Associated employee. Money raised by the team will be donated to VOICe and HAVIN in memory of Alina Sheykhet, a University of Pittsburgh student who was murdered in 2017.
