Seneca Valley student Lauren Sileo painted “King,” and it is part of the Butler Art Center’s Middle/High School Art Show. The reception and awards ceremony takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, and the exhibit continues through March 16 at the center at 344 S. Main St. Six High School’s are participating with more than 300 individual pieces of artwork. Gallery director Stephen Haley said, “This show is THE show. Honestly, I have paid hundreds of dollars to go to shows and exhibits that were not even close to the quality of this show.” Admission is free. Call 724-283-6922 or visit ButlerArtCenter.org.
