Democrats to meet county constituents
Democratic candidates will traverse Butler County on a whistle-stop tour Sept. 13.
Social distancing and masks will be required at each of the four stops, where candidates for the U.S. House, state House and state Senate will meet with voters at the following locations:
n 10 a.m., Jaycee Shelter, Cranberry Community Park, 111 Ernie Mashuda Drive, Cranberry Township — Kristy Gnibus (U.S. House, 16th); Rep. Conor Lamb (U.S. House, 17th); Shelbie Stromyer (Pa. Senate, 21st); and Daniel Smith Jr. (Pa. House, 12th)
- Noon, Kiwanis Shelter, Adams Township Community Park, 698 Valencia Road, Mars, — Gnibus; Stromyer; and Smith
- 3 p.m., Holly Shelter, Alameda Park, 182 Alameda Park Drive, Butler — Gnibus; Stromyer; Tony DeLoreto (Pa. Senate, 41st); and Sam Doctor (Pa. House, 11th)
- 5 p.m., McDanels Shelter, Moraine State Park, 225 Pleasant Valley Road, Portersville — Gnibus; Stromyer; Stephen Krizan III (Pa. Senate, 47th); Phil Heasley (Pa. House, 8th); and Kolbe Cole (Pa. House, 10th).
