One person was injured shortly before 7:30 a.m. today when a minivan and pickup truck collided on Route 422 east of Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township.

State police said the driver of a Kia Sedona, a 66-year-old Ohio woman, was taken by East Butler Ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital with injuries not considered serious.

Police are investigating the T-crash but did not immediately release the woman’s name.

Justin Montgomery, 37, of Fenelton, who was driving the Ford F-150 pickup, said he was traveling west and headed to work when the eastbound van turned in front of him. He said he hit his brakes but could not avoid the T-bone collision.
