Today would have been your 100th birthday! You always wanted to make our family birthdays special so we stop today to honor you on your century mark.
You left us over 15 years ago, but community friends still remark on your contributions to the arts here in Butler, your lasting impact at BC3, and the many listeners who knew your voice through your 47 years on WISR radio. You were one who always encouraged everyone to do their very best whether in your role as a college professor or your many volunteer avenues where no job was too small.
Mostly, you are missed by your family. We know that you would be proud of your family today and be amazed at the roads we have taken. Some of your talents shine in the next generations and we look back to thank you.
