The Family of Hazel H. Fern wishes to express our gratitude for the kindness and care given to our sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother during her illness.

Our words cannot express our appreciation for your hugs, flowers, gifts of food, cards, visits, shared stories and tears. It is such a comfort to know so many people share our loss and will always be remembered by her family; my sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend.
