Jay S. Hilliard
The family of Jay S. Hilliard wish to thank the staff at the Thompson-Miller FuneralHome, the 4 East hospice unit at the VA Medical Center, the VNA hospice unit and the nurses, doctors and others at BMH who cared for Jay during his final days. We also wish to thank everyone for the visits, cards and donations made to the Humane Society in memory of Jay. He is missed by all.
