Leon and Mary Lewis

Mary Louise and Leon Leroy Lewis of Cabot celebrated 65 years of marriage with a family dinner at The Tavern in New Wilmington.

Lewis married the former Mary McAnallen on Aug. 26, 1949, at Chicago Corner Christian Church in Chicago Corner, Ind.

They have three children, Lesley L. Lewis of Lexington, Ky., Vicki Eicher of Downingtown and Lynn L. Lewis of Chardon, Ohio.

They also have eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Lewis was a senior research engineer.

Mrs. Lewis is a homemaker.

The Lewises are members of Oak Hills Christian Church.
