R.P. Musko and Associates has announced the combination of its tax and accounting practice with David R. Bacher, CPA — Bacher and Associates effective Jan. 1.

Richard P. Musko of R.P. Musko and Associates, Wealthcare Consultants, said the 41-year-old firm recognized the next step for the firm and its clients was to merge with a firm of comparable quality, which will enable an expansion of services.

David Bacher, managing member of Bacher and Associates, shares the same values as does Musko and Associates, said Musko.

“This business combination will continue the tradition we have built over the years of excellent service, experience and a welcoming environment for our clients,” Musko said.

Bacher and Associates will provide tax preparation services from its current location at 1015 E. Jefferson St., Butler Township.

R.P. Musko and Associates of 1650 N. Main St., Center Township, will continue to provide business and individual financial, retirement and estate planning, as well as investments and wealth management.
